GrowthOS Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 1, 2026
1. Parties and acceptance
The agreement is between you and CITIZEN TECHIES PTY LTD ATF The Biswas Family Trust (ABN 37 372 767 369), which operates GrowthOS. By creating an account or using GrowthOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
GrowthOS is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business and any social or advertising accounts you connect.
3. Accounts
Keep your account details secure and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity through your account and for permissions granted to connected third-party accounts.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of photos, logos, text and other material you upload. You give us permission to host, process and adapt that material only as needed to provide, secure and support GrowthOS. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use it.
5. AI-generated content
AI-generated graphics, captions and suggestions can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Review and approve every output before use. You are responsible for the claims, licences, disclosures and industry rules that apply to your posts and ads.
6. Meta and other platforms
GrowthOS is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta, Facebook or Instagram. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms and advertising standards. Meta charges advertising spend to the payment method on your advertising account. Third-party platforms may change, restrict or suspend their services or your account; we do not control those decisions or outages.
7. Fees and subscriptions
Any price, trial, subscription, renewal, billing method and cancellation terms will be shown before you accept a paid offer. If access is provided without charge, that will be stated in the offer. Any payment through Apple is also subject to the terms shown by Apple. Nothing in these terms removes rights available under Australian law.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use GrowthOS to break the law, send spam, mislead or harm others, infringe rights, bypass security, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law permits.
9. Intellectual property
We own GrowthOS software, templates, service design and related materials. You keep your uploaded content. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use outputs generated for your account. We do not promise that an output is unique or suitable for every use.
10. Disclaimers and liability
We provide GrowthOS with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect loss, third-party platform decisions, outages, or your failure to review content before publishing. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims and losses arising from content or ads you provide or publish, your use of connected accounts, or your breach of these terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, comply with law, or respond to a serious breach. You can stop using GrowthOS and request account-data deletion using the data deletion instructions. Data handling is described in the GrowthOS Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the courts of that state, subject to any non-excludable rights under applicable law.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as GrowthOS changes. The revised date appears at the top of this page. For questions, email info@citizentechies.com.au.
