GrowthOS Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
1. Who we are
GrowthOS is a product of CITIZEN TECHIES PTY LTD ATF The Biswas Family Trust (ABN 37 372 767 369, ACN 666 791 162), Unit 3, 288 Pacific Hwy, Greenwich NSW 2065, Australia. This policy describes how we handle personal information in GrowthOS and related support services. Contact us at info@citizentechies.com.au.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, GrowthOS may handle:
- Account and business details: name, email address, business name, industry and account settings.
- Brand information: business logo, brand preferences, website address and business information you provide or ask the service to retrieve from a public website.
- Content: photos, text and creative instructions you submit; captions, graphics and other results generated for you.
- Connected Meta account data: when you connect accounts, identifiers and names for your Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and advertising accounts; access credentials; content you choose to publish; campaign and ad details; and performance information needed to display results.
- Technical information: information needed to operate and secure the app, such as app version, device and diagnostic details, where the app collects them.
The exact Meta permissions depend on the feature you connect and are shown in the authorisation flow. GrowthOS requests access for the features you choose to use.
3. How we use information
We use information to create graphics and captions, connect accounts you authorise, publish content or create and manage ads when you direct us, display related results, provide support, operate the service and protect it from misuse.
4. Meta Platform Data
We use information received from Meta to provide the GrowthOS features you request. We do not sell Meta Platform Data, use it for unrelated advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. You remain responsible for reviewing content, campaign settings and any spend before authorising publication or an ad.
5. AI and service providers
If you use AI-assisted creation or analysis, selected photos, brand assets, text and instructions may be processed by the AI service used for that feature. Cloud hosting, database, file storage, email and support providers may also process information needed to operate GrowthOS. These providers process information to deliver their service to us.
6. Overseas disclosure
Our service providers may store or process information in Australia or other countries where they operate, which may include the United States. The location depends on the provider and service configuration.
7. Retention
We keep account and business information, uploaded content, generated content and connected-account data while needed to provide GrowthOS. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it unless we must keep it for a legal purpose. We process deletion requests as soon as reasonably practicable. Backups and provider logs may retain copies for a limited period under their normal systems.
8. How to delete your data
Email info@citizentechies.com.au with the subject “Delete my GrowthOS data”. Send the request from your account email, or include the connected Facebook Page or Instagram account name so we can locate it. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the request. You can also remove GrowthOS from your account’s business-integration settings to revoke its Meta access; that step alone does not request deletion of copies already stored by GrowthOS. See the full data deletion instructions.
9. Security
We use safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including secure connections and access controls. Connected-account credentials are treated as confidential and are handled by the service components that need them to provide connected features. No online service can guarantee that information will always be secure.
10. Your rights and complaints
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing us. We aim to respond to a privacy complaint within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may be able to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). See oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.
11. Children
GrowthOS is intended for business use by adults and is not designed for anyone under 18.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when GrowthOS changes. The revised date appears at the top of this page. For questions or requests, contact info@citizentechies.com.au.
